Our client is a values-driven organisation looking for an Occupational Therapist who wants to deliver excellent clinical work while being part of a team that actually supports them to do it.

The Role You'll work with participants to understand what matters to them, identify barriers to independence and develop practical strategies that make everyday life easier, safer and more fulfilling.

Depending on your experience and caseload, your work may include:
Completing functional capacity assessments




Assessing participants' daily living skills and support needs
Developing individualised therapy plans
Assistive technology assessments and recommendations
Home and environmental assessments
Supporting participants to build independence and capacity
Working with families, carers and support teams
Preparing high-quality clinical reports and recommendations
Collaborating with other allied health professionals
Liaising with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers and other stakeholders
Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and skilled standards

But underneath all of that is something fairly straightforward. You're helping people do more of the things that matter to them.
