Westpac is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support cross-functional teams delivering Financial Crime transformation initiatives. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage sprint delivery, remove blockers and use Jira/Confluence to provide visibility.

This permanent full time role based in Sydney offers hybrid and adaptable working arrangements, with a focus on coaching squads to become self-managing and close collaboration with Release Train Leads, product owners and technology teams.
