About the role

Join Geelong Travel as we are the Number ONE in sales in Australia for Viking, APT, Scenic & Wendy Wu tours. You will join an energetic, fun team where you will travel while you service our amazing client base.

Key responsibilities
Greeting clients on arrival
Liaising with wholesalers to obtain quotations
Attending to customer's travel requirements
Arranging itineraries and bookings for customer's travels
General office administrative tasks

About you
Excellent attention to detail
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated experience in effectively liaising with clients
Ability to identify issues and proactively problem solve
Ability to work independently and deliver on time frames
Qualified presentation and manner
