Palm Lake Group in Toowoomba is seeking an experienced Customer Experience Support to lead the resident journey from enquiry to move-in and welcome. This full time role focuses on empathy, coordination and pipeline discipline to meet occupancy goals in residential aged care.

You will manage admissions end-to-end, build referral partnerships, maintain CRM records and ensure accurate documentation. The position offers a market-market-competitive salary of $90,000-$96,000 plus superannuation and established team
