• You will hold Certificate III in Hospitality – Commercial Cookery (essential) or higher and have at least 2 – 3 years’ experience.
• Chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, cooking dishes as instructed.
• Setting up stations, cleaning, and assisting with basic food safety




• Regulate temperatures of ovens, grills, and other cooking equipment.
• Prepare and cook food as per company specifications.
• Store food in temperature-controlled facilities.
• Clean and follow health and safety procedures.
• Self-motivated, creative, confident, and enthusiastic
• Be a team player.
