NSW Health is seeking a Social Work Team Leader Senior Clinician at Ryde Hospital. You will lead high-level Social Work services, support carers and families, and participate in an after-hours crisis roster to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

You will liaise with health specialists and external providers, and contribute to teaching and supervising students and junior staff within Graythwaite Rehabilitation Centre.
