National 360 in Wodonga is seeking a Part time Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to deliver person-centred support across community, clinic and telehealth settings. This 0.6 FTE role (3 days per week) requires endorsement at Core level or above.
You will conduct FBAs, design and implement Behaviour Support Plans, train carers, collaborate with families and teams, and ensure compliance with NDIS guidelines while promoting meaningful outcomes for participants.
