Agincare is opening a brand-current children’s home in Wimborne, Dorset and we’re seeking a warm, reliable Overnight Residential Support Worker to join the founding team.

You’ll provide compassionate care during waking nights (10:00pm–8:00am), support routines, promote independence, and help maintain a secure, nurturing workplace. Training is provided; NVQ Level 3 and a UK driving licence are preferred.
