Ensure Recruitment in Sydney is seeking a CTP Internal Review Specialist to move in-house. This role offers versatile WFH options and no billable hours, with a solid focus on technical CTP dispute review and decision-making.

You will conduct internal reviews of disputed NSW CTP claims, review medical evidence and legislation, and liaise with claims teams and external lawyers to produce well-reasoned decisions within deadlines. Prior NSW CTP or dispute resolution experience is highly valued.
