Access Covers Australia Pty Ltd, a leading supplier to the Civil Construction & Building Industry isseeking an enthusiastic, customer focused & proactive individual to join our National Team based in our Tullamarine office.
The successful candidate will work closely with our Infrastructure BDM’s, ensuring transparent communication and smooth transition between departments, from the moment an order is received to when it is delivered.
Key Responsibilities:
Process customer orders and respond to queries with professionalism
Invoicing & customer account management
Liaising with clients and suppliers
Liaise with internal departments on a daily basis
Process quality assurance documents
The Candidate:
A punctual, positive and productive individual
Ability to work in a team workplace
Proficient computer and MS Office skills (Reckon preferred)
Attention to detail, with initiative and common sense
Previous experience in the sales environment or the construction industry is advantageous, but not essential.
Full training will be provided and there is scope for advancement.
