Glencore invites an experienced Senior Maintenance Supervisor to join the Rolleston Open Cut maintenance team. You will lead and mentor HME Maintenance Supervisors, direct daily activities, and ensure secure, compliant, and productive delivery of the maintenance plan.

Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you will drive safety culture, manage contractors, review KPIs, and develop crews through coaching and performance reviews.
