CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking an experienced Site Engineer for our client working on civil construction and infrastructure projects throughout Brisbane, QLD.

This role will suit a hands-on Site Engineer with robust experience in civil construction delivery, ideally across subdivisions, earthworks, drainage, roadworks and TMR infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical engineering support and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Coordinate daily site activities, subcontractors, materials and resources.
Assist with project planning, procurement, scheduling and progress reporting.
Monitor construction progress, quality, productivity and costs.
Conduct site inspections and maintain quality documentation, including ITPs and RFIs.
Resolve technical and operational issues alongside site teams.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and quality requirements.

Our Ideal Candidate
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Previous Site Engineer experience within civil construction.
Experience across subdivisions, earthworks, drainage, roadworks or TMR projects.
Robust understanding of construction drawings, specifications and quality assurance.
Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.




Current driver's licence and Construction White Card.
Must be based in Brisbane or surrounding areas and able to travel to project sites.
