Senior Electrical Engineer - Building Services

Job Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join a well-established and growing Building Services consultancy in Sydney. This is an excellent prospect to step into a leadership role, working across a diverse portfolio of high‑profile projects.

Key Responsibilities
Leading electrical design from concept through to completion
Managing projects, timelines, and client relationships
Mentoring junior engineers and supporting team development
Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, hydraulic, fire, etc.)
Ensuring compliance with Australian standards and regulations
Attending client meetings and contributing to business development

Requirements
Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering
7+ years' experience within Building Services (consultancy setting preferred)
Strong technical knowledge across power, lighting, communications,



and ELV systems
Proven experience delivering projects within the Australian market
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work autonomously and lead project outcomes
Chartered status (CPEng) or working towards it is highly regarded
