KangaCare Group is seeking experienced Disability Support Workers in Melbourne to support participants with high support needs across home and community settings. You will work with individuals with complex behaviours, psychosocial disabilities, Autism and intellectual disabilities, following detailed care plans and BSPs.

You will assist with daily living tasks, personal care, medication support, and community access while maintaining participant dignity and independence.
