Ausfive Psychology is a recent telehealth psychology platform launching across Australia, and we need one exceptional administrator to run our front of house — fully remote, full time, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.

You'll manage bookings, rescheduling and payments in Halaxy, handle the practice inbox end-to-end, chase referrals, and support practitioner onboarding as the team grows. Daily updates to the director ensure clear, rapid decision-making.
