ADSSI Limited is seeking an experienced Team Leader – Support Workers to lead a large in-home support team based in Tuggerah. You will oversee approximately 80 community-based Support Workers, with an Assistant Team Leader structure, focusing on building an engaged, capable and accountable workforce delivering protected, high-standard services.

Successful applicants will bring proven leadership, experience in aged care or disability services, and a Diploma or equivalent qualification.
