MSS Security is seeking a professional, customer-focused Concierge Officer to join our team at a prestigious corporate client site in the Perth CBD.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service, creating positive first impressions, and working in a professional corporate workplace.

About the Role

As the Concierge Officer, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff. Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming visitors and providing a professional reception service
Managing visitor access and sign-in procedures
Assisting with enquiries and directing guests
Monitoring the lobby and common areas
Providing administrative and customer support as required
Maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming workplace





About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A strong customer service background
Skilled presentation and attention to detail
The ability to multitask in a quick-paced environment
Current WA Security Licence (or ability to obtain)
Full Australian working rights
