Possability is seeking a highly organised People Support Coordinator to join our People Team in Melbourne or Newcastle. You will be the go-to contact for HR support, handling employee records, onboarding, documentation, and lifecycle administration with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

You will work hybrid after onboarding, partnering with leaders to deliver qualified HR support, maintain HRIS and compliance registers, and help ensure best-practice processes across the organisation.
