Bernardi Group is seeking a Store Support Lead to assist the Store Manager by directing Customer Service Assistants and acting as Manager on Duty. You will drive KPI performance, lead front-end operations and ensure brand standards across payroll, stock, safety and store procedures.

You will train staff on our customer service values, uphold safety protocols, and support merchandising and communications with the corporate office. Solid people skills are essential.
