Defence Health Ltd. is expanding its Member Care contact centre in Melbourne to support members with health insurance queries, payments and claims. You will guide members through their cover across multiple systems in a regulated setting, delivering exceptional service and first-call resolution.

We train you thoroughly and provide ongoing support. The role requires full time presence at our St Kilda Road Office for the first three months, after which you can work in a hybrid setup.
