East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 Physiotherapist to join our community rehabilitation inpatient services on a fixed-term basis for 6 months. The role supports therapy teams across multiple community sites and acute hospital pathways, working within a multidisciplinary team to facilitate timely discharges.

You will deliver high-quality therapy, supervise junior staff, participate in audits and quality improvement, and contribute to discharge planning.
