Wellways invites applications for a short-term Christmas Contract in the People & Culture team in Melbourne. This 8-week contract offers hybrid work with 2–3 days from home and a salary of $100,000 per annum plus super, pro rata for the contract duration.

You will deliver practical HR support, ensure compliance, and assist with audits and documentation while coordinating across the People & Culture team and with the National Manager P&C; Services.
