Raffles Hotel in Perth is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join the kitchen leadership team and drive day-to-day operations of a busy riverside venue.

Reporting to the Head Chef, you will lead the kitchen during service, uphold high standards of quality and consistency, manage stock and assist with menu execution across dining, functions and events. Ideal candidates have robust leadership and a passion for quality food and hospitality.
