Foxleigh Mining seeks an experienced Maintenance Leading Hand to lead secure, reliable maintenance across our mining fleet. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will coordinate and guide on‑shift maintenance activities, ensuring quality execution and compliance with site standards.

You will mentor tradespeople, oversee preventative and breakdown work, and support equipment availability through solid leadership and problem solving.
