Churches Of Christ Toowoomba Aged Care is seeking an experienced Facility Manager to lead a 94-bed residential service in Toowoomba, QLD. You will guide clinical and operational performance and drive quality outcomes within a busy rostered workplace.

You will report to the Regional Manager and work with Governance, Quality and HR teams to shape service delivery, oversee accreditation, and foster a culture of accountability and improvement. Relocation support and salary packaging are offered.
