Breakthru in Charlestown, NSW, is seeking a casual team member to join our community-support team. The role includes active night shifts, personal care, rotating rosters, short shifts, regular and occasional weekend work, driving a pool car, and access to a private vehicle to transport participants.

You will help participants achieve goals in home and community settings, promoting independence, dignity, and choice within a secure, structured, therapeutic workplace.
