Northamptonshire Mind is seeking a compassionate Crisis Support Worker to provide 1:1 support and crisis de-escalation within our Crisis Cafes, helping people begin improving their mental health and wellbeing. You will assess needs, offer guided self-management planning, and explain other local services.

The role includes facilitating group and 1:1 sessions and working within skilled boundaries to support vulnerable adults.
