Curiosity Tree Early Education is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People & Culture team for a remote, part-time role. You'll own the end-to-end candidate experience from screen to offer, supporting our growing network of childcare centres.

This role offers 16 hours per week with potential to 20, adaptable schedule around school drop-offs, a solid hourly rate plus commission, and a home-office setup with Teams. Prior Employment Hero experience is a plus.
