We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a hospitality refurbishment project in Port Macquarie.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Site Manager with a solid background in refurbishment and fit-out works to join a project for an initial 6-month contract.

The Role
Manage the day-to-day site operations and coordinate subcontractors across all stages of the refurbishment.
Oversee project programming, ensuring works are delivered on time and to a high standard.
Maintain a robust focus on site safety, quality control and compliance.
Coordinate materials, deliveries and site resources to ensure the smooth running of the project.
Liaise with the Project Manager, subcontractors and key stakeholders to resolve site issues.
Ensure all works are completed in line with project specifications and programme requirements.





About You
Proven experience as a Site Manager within commercial construction.
Previous experience delivering hospitality refurbishments, commercial fit-outs or refurbishment projects.
Robust subcontractor management and coordination skills.
Excellent knowledge of site safety, quality assurance and construction programming.
Ability to work autonomously and drive programme outcomes.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
