Are you an experienced Production Planner who thrives in a rapid-paced manufacturing workplace? We're partnering with a well-established food manufacturing business based in Yass that is looking to strengthen their operations team with a proactive and detail-driven planner.

This is a key role within the site, responsible for ensuring production runs smoothly, efficiently and in line with customer demand.

The Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
Creating and maintaining daily and weekly production schedules
Balancing capacity, labour, and material availability
Coordinating closely with procurement, warehousing, and production teams
Monitoring inventory levels to minimise waste and optimise stock turns
Identifying bottlenecks and implementing continuous improvement initiatives




Supporting S&OP; processes and forecasting activities

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in production planning within food or FMCG manufacturing
Robust understanding of MRP/ERP systems
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
High attention to detail and strong organisational capability
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
