Ipswich Borough Council is responsible for the care and management of four cemeteries, a crematorium, and a busy masonry department. We are now seeking a skilled and dedicated Stonemason to join our team on a full time, permanent contract.

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified skilled who is passionate about their craft and takes pride in producing high-quality memorials.

About the Role:
Work closely with one other experienced stonemason as part of our established team, delivering memorial masonry services to the highest standards.
Use your expertise in Mason Art to create accurate set-outs.
Carry out sandblasting and all associated memorial stonemason tasks with precision and care.
Engage directly with bereaved families,



providing compassionate and professional support in a public-facing role.
