BelgraviaPRO on South Stradbroke Island seeks a hands-on Chef to deliver a contemporary food menu at the Café and function complex. Lead the cafe team through dinner services and events, with scope across barista and bar duties to engage regular guests and diverse clients.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in hospitality, a cook traineeship, robust food safety knowledge, and current CPR/First Aid plus police check.
