About the Opportunity

This is a full-time position offering an chance to play a key role in supporting our growing organisation. Reporting directly to the Company Director, you'll provide essential HR, IR and document control support across the organisation.

Your ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism, confidentiality and precision will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

Delivering timely and accurate advice on HR, Fair Work and IR matters
Drafting employment contracts and managing onboarding documentation
