Public Sector People (PSP)is currently looking to speak to a Service Desk Support Officer who would be interested in a 3 month contract within a sydney based local government organisation.

$50 per hour + super
Experienced in Level 1 & 2 service desk support.

Do you have:
Experience in providing IT support, including both phone and deskside services.
Experience working in in local government.
Proven ability to build and maintain robust customer relationships.
A solid understanding of Microsoft Network/OS and Office applications.
Unrestricted driver's license (C Class) and the ability to travel across work sites.




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
A proactive and results-oriented approach, with a commitment to continuous learning.
