Looking for a motivated Receptionist ready to develop into accounts and compliance administration.
Your new company

They provide hose supply, maintenance, and mobile servicing, helping customers minimise downtime and keep equipment operating safely and efficiently.
Your recent role
Manage incoming phone calls, customer enquiries and general reception duties
Complete data entry and maintain accurate records and documentation
Process customer orders and provide general administrative support
Assist with accounts tasks, including credit card payments and end-of-day processing
Gradually take on additional responsibilities as you become confident in the role
Maintain employee induction and compliance information
Coordinate Coal Board Medicals and associated documentation
What you'll need to succeed
Previous reception, administration or customer service experience
Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
Confident communication and professional phone manner
Positive organisational and time management skills
Willingness to learn accounts and compliance processes
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
Reliable, proactive attitude with an interest in developing within the business
Previous accounts or compliance administration experience would be highly regarded
