Since 2006, Fitness Passport has been on a mission to make fitness more accessible, so more people can lead active, healthier lives. We partner with the public sector, corporate employers and leading fitness facilities across Australia and Current Zealand, giving members access to a huge range of gyms and wellness resources.

The Role:

You’ll be the face of Fitness Passport at onsite events with our employer partners. This is a people-first, target-driven role for someone who loves starting conversations, lights up a room and gets a buzz from turning “maybe one day” into “sign me up”.

You’ll get comprehensive training, a competitive hourly rate, and casual shifts between Monday and Friday.

What you’ll be doing:
Representing the brand with energy and enthusiasm
Engaging employees at onsite events and turning curiosity into sign-ups
Answering questions and guiding people through membership and network options
Helping non-members find the right fit and take their first step
Hitting event targets,



and capturing customer insights and feedback to help us keep improving

About You:
You have a sales or customer-facing background, ideally gym or membership sales, and you’re motivated by hitting targets
You’re a natural communicator who can connect with anyone, from the gym regular to the total beginner
You’re passionate about fitness and healthy living, and you love helping people get started
You’re organised, adaptable and happy to learn
You work well independently and as part of a team
Experience is a bonus, but attitude is everything. If you’ve got the drive, we’ll help with the rest.
