EY-Parthenon in Australia seeks a Senior Manager, Deal Origination, to lead the dedicated hub across Australia and Recent Zealand. You will identify attractive acquisition prospects and develop credible transaction theses, working with private equity and corporate clients.

You will engage directly with business owners, advisers, and investors, building relationships and driving origination initiatives. You will oversee a small team, using data and AI to enhance screening and pipelines.
