Empower Healthcare is seeking a Speech Pathologist to provide home-based speech pathology services across the South-East Melbourne region. You will assess and manage dysphagia, language, and speech while focusing on clients aged 65 and over in a person-centred approach.

You will work autonomously, prioritise tasks, maintain records, and deliver patient reports, collaborating with clinicians to create progressive care plans that promote independence and wellbeing.
