About the Company

With stores across Australia and a growing focus on evolving the customer experience, the business is looking for an experienced Store Manager to join one of its Queensland locations. This is a customer-focused retail environment where genuine service, robust sales ability and building lasting relationships are highly valued.
About the Role
As Store Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operations of the store while leading a small team to deliver an exceptional customer experience and strong sales results.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading, coaching and supporting the store team
Driving sales through strong customer engagement and service
Building relationships with repeat and current customers
Managing rosters and day-to-day store operations
Overseeing stock processing and inventory
Coordinating online orders
Maintaining high presentation and visual standards
Supporting a positive and enjoyable team culture
This is not a heavily KPI-driven environment.
The focus is on quality customer service, relationship building and achieving solid sales through an engaged and capable team.
About You
Has a strong background in sales-focused retail
Is confident leading and developing a team
Naturally builds robust customer relationships
Has excellent communication and customer service skills
Is commercially aware and understands what drives retail sales
Can confidently manage the day-to-day operations of a store
Takes pride in store presentation and standards
Has a genuine interest in fashion and customer service
Visual merchandising experience will be highly regarded but is not essential. Experience with Shopify or online retail systems would also be advantageous.
