Only skilled applicants who reside local to the Boddington and surrounding townships or within 1 hours driving distance to the Boddington Mine will be shortlisted for this casual work assignment
up to 6 months work with a view to extension. The Opportunity: /n Working collaboratively with the onsite leadership team and content matter experts the Document Controller will be accountable for providing short-term support in the development, review, and document control of Mine Site Traffic Management Procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Format, update and maintain Traffic Management Procedures and associated documents. /n
Ensure document control standards, version control and approvals are managed effectively. /n
Coordinate reviews with subject matter experts and stakeholders. /n
Track document status and maintain document registers. /n
Support the creation of transparent, accurate and professional procedural documentation. /n /n Essential

Requirements:
/n /n




Immediate availability and reliably able to commit to the full duration of the work assignment. /n
An excellent skill base and experience in document control, high-level Site administration or technical writing. /n
Previous administrative, document or quality control experience supporting site level operational, mining, construction or safety documentation is desirable. /n
Proven capability to manage multiple documents and stakeholder expectations simultaneously. /n
Solid attention to detail with advanced document formatting skills along with an intermediate level of competency working within Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook and SharePoint). /n
