Healthcare Australia in Australia is seeking a casual Residential Youth Worker to support children and young people in out‐of‐home care. You will build secure, trusting relationships and respond with trauma‐informed care to behaviours stemming from childhood trauma and neurodiversity.

Rostered in advance with emergency and ad hoc shifts, you'll assist with daily living, transportation, and wellbeing while following supervision, reflective practice and an EAP program.
