What You'll Be Doing




Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations
Create and maintain nutritious menus with a focus on healthy eating
Manage stock control, ordering and budgets
Lead rostering, training and team development
Mentor and support kitchen team members
Liaise with residents, clients and key stakeholders
Maintain HACCP, food safety and compliance standards

What You'll Bring
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (minimum)
Previous Head Chef, Sous Chef or kitchen leadership experience
Robust knowledge of HACCP, food safety and infection control
Experience with rostering, stock control and budget management
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
