Assistant Accountant role | Brisbane CBD | $80,000 - $85,000 + Super

Your new company
This leading Australian company that is currently in a growth phase is seeking an experienced Assistant Accountant to join their high-performing finance team on a full time permanent basis. Based in Brisbane CBD, their office is conveniently located close to public transport and to a variety of cafés, restaurants and Queen Street mall.

Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
End-to-end accounts receivable
Reconciliation of bank, general ledger and balance sheets
Preparing financial reports
Intercompany accounting
Cash flow reporting
Assisting with preparation and lodging monthly BAS statements

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will meet the following requirements:




Completed Degree and have ideally commenced your CPA or CA studies
Experience in a similar role within a corporate environment
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work well as part of a team
Highly organised with solid attention to detail

This role is not a graduate position; you will need to have previous month-end experience to be considered
