Join a global consultancy delivering major projects across commercial, healthcare, data centre and infrastructure sectors. This is a senior commercial role where you'll own cost management from early cost planning through to final account.

What you'll do
Lead cost management on your own projects, from feasibility to final account
Run tenders, evaluate submissions and advise on procurement strategy
Prepare cost plans, estimates, BOQs and variation assessments
Own cashflow, forecasting and commercial reporting
Be the client's trusted adviser and mentor junior QSs

What you'll bring
Degree in Quantity Surveying
5+ years' QS experience, ideally in a consultancy environment
Solid commercial acumen and attention to detail




Confident client-facing communicator who builds lasting relationships
Proven ability to run projects independently and guide others
