Perth & Kinross Council seeks a Social Care Officer to join the Recent Rannoch Centre team, helping older people lead active, valued lives. You will support clients to achieve outcomes, enable independence, and promote social inclusion, with a focus on dementia-friendly activities and person-centred care.

You will work Monday–Friday 8:30–5:00 with a versatile approach, participate in training, and be committed to equality, diversity, and safeguarding. A full driving licence is essential.
