Responsibilities:
Plan and execute a diverse menu that aligns with our restaurant’s vision, Bhutanese dishes.
Prepare meals in accordance with customer dietary requirements and preferences.
Oversee kitchen staff and ensure proper food safety and hygiene standards are met.
Collaborate with management on menu updates and seasonal offerings.
Manage inventory and control food costs.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a chef in a professional kitchen and have the knowledge and skill in preparing Bhutanese cuisine (Must).
Expertise in Bhutanese cuisine or willingness to learn and develop.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced setting and handle multiple orders simultaneously.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Culinary degree or equivalent experience in Bhutanese cuisine is a must.
