SA Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for Elmhaven Aged Care in Streaky Bay, on the Eyre Peninsula. This permanent full time position operates over a 7-day roster and offers prospects to mentor junior staff while delivering person-centred care to residents.

You will lead clinical care, coordinate assessments and care plans, and work with families and a multidisciplinary team to improve health outcomes. Relocation assistance may be available.
