Recruitment Select is seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver / Mail Sorter to join a valued local independent client.

This casual position offers between 4 to 8 hours per day, with the prospect to work up to 5 days per week. Mail sorting duties are based in Shepparton, while deliveries are completed along a regional route departing from Shepparton and involving frequent stops throughout the trip.

Key Responsibilities
Sort and organise mail accurately and efficiently
Deliver mail safely and professionally along designated regional routes
Operate a delivery vehicle in accordance with road and safety requirements
Work independently while maintaining high levels of accuracy and productivity
Communicate effectively with team members and clients
Assist across various areas of the operation as required

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
A current and valid Driver's Licence
A reliable, hardworking and self-motivated approach
The ability to work autonomously and manage your time effectively




Flexibility to assist in different areas of the business when required
The ability to follow instructions accurately and work efficiently
Proven experience working both independently and as part of a team
A solid commitment to workplace health and safety
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to successfully pass a Drug and Alcohol Screening
A current Police Check
Full and unrestricted Australian working rights
