Doughkyo Australia is opening its first Melbourne store and seeks a commercially driven Area & Store Manager to oversee operations and guide expansion. You will balance hands-on store management with early multi-site responsibilities as the brand grows across Australia.

You will lead store teams, drive sales, monitor KPIs and ensure brand standards, customer experience and procedural excellence are embedded in everyday operations.
