Independence Australia Group is seeking two casual Peer Coaches to support people adjusting to life after spinal cord injury, based at the Royal Talbot Rehabilitation Centre in Melbourne. You will work with clinicians to provide one-on-one coaching, education and pathways to independence, drawing on your lived experience.

Applicants should have spinal cord injury experience, community involvement and solid communication skills.
